Christmas delivery

We want your Charlotte Elizabeth bag to arrive in time for Christmas. Here is what you need to know.

UK orders: order by Wednesday 9 December

Orders placed by the end of Wednesday 9 December will be dispatched in time for Christmas delivery within the UK. We send UK orders by Royal Mail First Class.

Orders placed after this date will still be dispatched as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise that they will arrive before Christmas.

International orders (including the EU and USA): order by Tuesday 1 December

For delivery to Germany, the rest of Europe, the USA and the rest of the world, we recommend ordering by Tuesday 1 December. International delivery takes longer, and customs checks can add further time, so we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after this date.

Monday 21 December: 1st Class and Tracked 24
Wednesday 23 December: Special Delivery Guaranteed
