Thank you everyone for your continued support during this time - it really does mean so much to us as a small business. Please do bear with us, as there may be a slightly longer timeframe between placing an order and the dispatch of your item. The health & wellbeing of our team is our number one priority, so we are ensuring that careful measures are in place during distribution. Because of this, dispatch may take a little longer than usual, but we can assure you that all orders are still able to be processed during this time.
For all our deliveries, we use either Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the size of the item sent (items up to the size of the Bloomsbury use Royal Mail, our two larger handbag styles / bundles use Parcel Force), and also depends on where in the world you are, to provide the best service possible for our customers.
Royal Mail & Parcel Force are providing frequent updates to us with their services, which we also advise yourselves to read before ordering, for the most up to date information regarding signing for and receiving items.
We advise all our international customers to check their country's dedicated updates on each site:
If you would like any further information from us with regards to which service we may use for your delivery, or any other queries you may have, we're here to help. Simply email us at email@example.com, message us on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or use the chat service in the bottom right hand corner of this page.
Sending lots of well wishes, health, and positive energy to our gorgeous community.
We want everyone to know that we are in daily contact with all of our supply & logistics chain. Everyone is fit & well, and taking all the precautionary measures as advised by health authorities. We are continuing deliveries and returns as normal.
"To our community,
As you will be aware, our planet is currently facing a great challenge, with the virus COVID-19 making its way through our countries, cities and communities.
It is hard to know what and when to speak when something so huge happens. Of course, I believe a lot of our attention must go on social and healthcare priorities. We must be vigilant, care for our weaker members of society and keep up our personal hygiene and stay vigilant in what we are touching/who we are interacting with.
My thoughts and heart goes out to every single one of our healthcare army. Just last year in October, the NHS treated me for a health issue. The procedure went greater than I ever could have imagined and the service, kindness, care and respect that they gave me was truly exceptional.
I am deeply grateful for these clever doctors ‘fixing’ me and for the care and support they give to their patients. I now worry, however, that our doctors are under even more strain than ever and this will begin to effect our key members of society, our doctors and others on the front line. We must remember to be grateful and be kind to our heroes in healthcare and do our very best to self care ourselves through this to avoid extra burden.
In times like these, it’s time to take a mindful pause and think about those most affected; a simple call to an anxious friend, purchasing your groceries from an independent as opposed to a chain if you're able to, or an offer to pop to the shops for an elderly relative who is unable to leave their home, can go such a long way.
I have been in touch with our factory in Spain and I am very pleased to say their town, family and their people are doing well, as are everyone else within the CE supply chain. We are lucky to have stock, all but a few, to supply our customers for the coming months.
We are always grateful for any support we receive, and will be especially so, from the bottom of our hearts, during this rocky period.
My thoughts are with you all. Keep well, keep safe, keep yourselves and your families healthy and remember that love is the most powerful antidote to fear.
